Spring is also a time, when we put winter clothes away and start searching for lighter clothes. Here are some important things to do, to keep your clothes in best condition and save your time.
1. Is it dry? After washing your clothes, make sure they are completely dry before putting them into the closet.
2. Don't fear the down. You can wash your down jackets at home. Just fold them properly to avoid damage and choose the Down programe on your washing machine. After the cycle has finished, shake the jacket well before putting it into dryer. Set to the Down programme again and add a few drying balls into dryer to make it softer. Allternatively you can use also (clean) tennis balls. Watch the

3. Freshen up! Refresh your summer clothes before use. You don't need to wash them again before first use. Modern washing machines and dryers have several ReFresh options. For the best results you can use Refresh Steam programme on your SteamTech dryer. As an additional benefit, your clothes will be smooth and will require hardly any ironing.
4. Run out of softener? Just add a few drops of etheric oil into the condenser tank of a SteamTech tumble dryer and run the Refresh Steam programme.
5. Now, it's the washing machine's turn. Cleaning the washing machine will remove any odours and add an extra freshness to your clothes. Just add half a cup (1 dl) of alcohol vinegar into the detergent compartment and then add 3 tablespoons of soda directly into the drum. Run the SterilTub programme and at the end of the cycle wipe the rubber with a cloth. Extra tip: leave the washing machine door slightly open after each cycle to let the interior dry completely.
